All booking requests made through our website are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Hotel Amar Palace. A booking enquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
Standard check-in time is 12:00 Noon and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present valid photo identification at check-in.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may be subject to a one-night charge. No-shows will be charged in full for the first night. Wedding and event bookings are governed by a separate cancellation policy outlined in the event agreement.
Payments may be made by cash, UPI, bank transfer, or major credit/debit cards. For wedding and event bookings, an advance deposit as specified in the event agreement is required to secure the date. Room rates are subject to applicable GST as per government regulations.
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. The hotel reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises without refund if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive to other guests.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest. The hotel reserves the right to retain a security deposit for events and large bookings.
Hotel Amar Palace shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by proven negligence of the hotel. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe and exercise reasonable care.
The restaurant is open to both hotel guests and outside visitors. Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Alcohol is not served at Hotel Amar Palace in compliance with local regulations.
Event bookings are governed by a separate event agreement which supersedes these general terms in matters specific to weddings and events. All event packages and services are subject to a written agreement signed by both parties.
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your stay at Hotel Amar Palace shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sirohi District, Rajasthan.
