Please have your booking reference number ready. Verbal cancellations are not accepted — all cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

3. Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
• Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• No-show or early departure without prior notice
• Bookings made under special promotional or discounted rates (unless explicitly stated)
• Cancellations due to events beyond the hotel's control (force majeure)

5. Special Packages & Events

Packages including events, weddings, or corporate retreats may have separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
