1. Reservations & Bookings

• All reservations are subject to availability.
• A valid ID and credit/debit card may be required at check-in.
• Check-in time is 12:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM. Early/late check-in subject to availability.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations in extraordinary circumstances.

2. Payment

• Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• We accept cash, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers.
• All published prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum befitting a premium property. The hotel reserves the right to ask guests to vacate without refund in cases of disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour.

4. Liability

Amar Palace shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings except in cases of proven negligence by the hotel. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe or at the front desk.

5. Amenities & Services

Amenities and services are subject to change or availability. The hotel reserves the right to modify services without prior notice. Any complaints should be raised with the front desk during your stay for prompt resolution.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sirohi District, Rajasthan.
